The client of this vacancy is a locally based parent initiative that has been in existence for many years as a family institution.

To complete the team, we are looking for YOU as a Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d) or Facility Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities


In this facility with 25 children, you will support your team in pedagogical work and be responsible for organization in accordance with the facility's concept.

In addition to budget responsibility, you ensure a structured daily routine and thus ensure the quality of child care. Processing applications, creating statistics, ensuring documentation requirements, and actively participating in public relations complete your job profile. Look forward to a responsible position in a modernly furnished daycare center.

Qualifications

  • Completed training as a staterecognized educator (m/f/d) or a comparable education as a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d)
  • First experience as a facility manager, deputy manager, or group leader
  • High professional competence, reliability, and sense of responsibility
  • Conflict resolution skills, empathy, and a good sense of humor
  • Openness and authenticity
