Our client is responsible for the concerns of account holders at a large financial institution.

To better serve our private clients, we are looking for you (m/f/d) to join our existing team in Westchester, IL.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will answer general inquiries about the financial products offered and refer detailed inquiries to the responsible colleagues at the headquarters
You will block lost or stolen credit and debit cards
Upon customer request, you will schedule a personal meeting at the branch
You will process telephone transfers or provide information on account balances

These qualities will make you stand out:

You demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
You are able to handle stress well
Ideally, you have previous experience in the banking sector
You have a professional appearance

Upon starting, you will receive a comprehensive 3-week fully paid training on the products and systems. You will work in a spacious office with plenty of green plants for privacy and noise reduction. Our client offers a very attractive salary package with flexible working hours. Part-time employment is possible starting at 25 hours per week.
