    Disney+ Job Opportunity:

    Disney+ is the go-to streaming platform for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more, including The Simpsons. In certain international markets, it also includes the general entertainment brand, Star. The streaming service offers an expanding collection of exclusive originals, such as films, documentaries, series, and short-form content, providing unparalleled access to Disney's extensive entertainment history and the latest releases from The Walt Disney Studios.

    About the Position:

    The team at Disney Streaming Services (DSS) is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Performance Marketing Planning and Analysis unit in New York City. This role involves collaborating with various teams to analyze media plans and budgets across global territories, translating business trends into marketing investment decisions, and assessing resource allocations worldwide.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead growth marketing performance narrative across business units
    • Develop performance measurement strategy and models
    • Aggregate budgets and provide critical visibility
    • Inspire and mentor analysts
    • Automate reporting processes and develop statistical models
    • Prepare executive reports and contribute to presentations
    • Establish channel-level tracking and monitoring
    • Develop performance marketing goals and tools for measurement
    • Act as a key point of contact for financial analysis
    • Assist with impact analysis of marketing strategies
    • Develop decision-making frameworks and business case calculations
    • Collaborate cross-functionally and assist with customer centric analysis
    • Create compelling presentation materials
    • Be the trusted partner for brand and content marketing

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or related field
    • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields
    • Experience in Direct-to-Consumer environment
    • Leadership and modelling skills
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in statistical modelling languages and data visualization tools
    • High level of proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Excel
    • Ability to balance priorities and maintain attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA
    • Experience in consulting or investment banking
    • Experience with subscription services

    Location and Compensation:

    The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $156,300-$209,000 and in Los Angeles, CA is $149,200-$200,200 per year. The final offer will consider internal equity, geographic region, skills, and experience. Additional benefits may include bonuses, long-term incentives, and comprehensive medical and financial benefits based on the level and position offered.
