The team: Global transportation services, Speed and Long-term Planning

  • Operations is at the core of the Amazon customer experience. Our main goal is to exceed customer expectations.
  • We continuously optimize the complex movement of goods from vendors to customers in Europe to enhance the customer experience.
  • The Global transportation analytical teams are made up of engineers, analysts, scientists, technical program managers, and developers. We focus on solving Amazon's most complex problems, processes, and decisions.
  • We collaborate with fulfillment centers, transportation, software developers, finance, and retail teams worldwide to improve our logistics infrastructure and algorithms.
  • Fulfillment acceleration is one of the Global transportation analytical teams. Our main focus is to rethink our advanced end-to-end supply chain to make deliveries even faster. Our ultimate goal is to make Amazon the go-to place for next-day delivery.
