Your Role

Take on tasks and workflows in the customer service department, including handling customer inquiries and complaints through a ticketing tool.
Ensure secondlevel support and maintain communication with end customers, partners, connection service providers, and network operators.
Coordinate measures with the responsible person for PO direct marketing, customer support, and IT to identify and implement necessary adjustments and developments.
Conduct remote tests to approve newly integrated generation plants and evaluate their results.
Support the development of business processes related to the Virtual Power Plant and assist in creating process documentation.

Your Profile

A successfully completed commercial or business administration education, such as an office clerk, preferably with additional qualifications in the energy sector, or a comparable degree, form your basis.
You have knowledge and experience in the energy industry, ideally in the field of direct marketing and market rules.
You are characterized by a structured, proactive, and teamoriented work style, as well as responsibility and perseverance.
Your communication skills are excellent and friendly; negotiation skills and a confident demeanor are among your strengths, and you are
