As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact in the central service desk for technical customer inquiries and fault reports.

Your future tasks include:

First point of contact in the central service desk for technical customer inquiries and fault reports
Analysis and documentation of system and application errors in close collaboration with our Customer Support Engineers
Close communication with customers regarding the status of customer inquiries and fault reports
Strict adherence to service level agreements

We are looking for:

Completed IT technical education or training in information and system technology
First professional experience in technical support (1st or 2nd level)
Experience with ticketing systems
Interest in the digital development of tools and systems
Technical understanding of digital mobile systems such as GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE, or TETRA and first experience in supporting digital mobile systems is desirable
Fluent in German and proficient
