Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our great CS/Operations team.

YOUR ROLE
Our
Customer Service Team ensures that Vimcar's customers are satisfied with our services. You will assist with hardware issues and provide support for product inquiries. Feedback from your customer interactions will be passed on to other departments to continuously improve our products and services. Your work is therefore an
important asset to our company. Currently, this department consists of over 20 team members divided into four specialized teams.
Considering that Vimcar is expanding and will continue to grow in the future, we are looking for new team members and look forward to your application.
- In our customer service, you will
support business customers with technical questions about our fleet management software - You will receive and analyze
customer inquiries and take care of finding solutions - You will handle tickets by phone and/or in writing, and we will coordinate with you regarding your preferences
- You will
use various software tools to solve problems and document your actions in Zendesk, our customer service tool - Once Covid19 numbers decrease, we will have a
weekly team day
