Your responsibilities:


  • Preparation of offers and telephone customer contact
  • Responsibility for order processing and purchasing administration
  • Support of teams to maintain workflow
  • Coordination of appointments and active participation in internal event management
  • Processing of invoices and tasks related to balance sheet accounting

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • First professional experience in clerical work or assistance
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP preferred
  • Empathetic and communicative nature, as well as strong selfmotivation
