Your Responsibilities:

  • Foster a strong and engaging engineering culture as a role model within a remote team
  • Collaboratively drive technical planning and system design within your squad and across the organization
  • Provide product team members with your engineering perspective on highlevel initiatives
  • Drive us towards small, ideally continuously delivered iterations
  • Advocate for developerfocused automated testing
  • Help break down organizational silos and empower technical peers to contribute with a high degree of endtoend ownership
  • Assist in hiring and training
  • Manage and improve your squad's organization and performance as a handson leader
  • Handle challenging tasks and help remove technical impediments
