Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Solution Manager for the Smart Border, Document Verification, and Biometrics department (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin, Cuyahoga Falls.

Your responsibilities
Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating customer requirements and developing solutions to meet those requirements
Managing the development of new products and solutions or adapting existing ones
Creating proposal documents (service descriptions, cost planning, and calculation)
Monitoring market, legislative, and competitive activities and implementing appropriate measures for strategic business development
Defining and implementing communication measures
Supporting and accompanying sales activities as a product and solution expert
Your profile
Completed university degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification with a technical focus
Professional experience in solution or product management
Practical knowledge in analyzing complex specifications and describing requirements and business processes
Confident in dealing with customers, partners, and service providers, as well as having effective communication skills for different target groups
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as creativity and initiative
Teamwork combined with strong analytical thinking and a self-sufficient and structured way of working
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
