Who we are

Wefers Technik GmbH is a medium-sized family business with over 90 years of tradition. With our approximately 150 employees, we develop complex large-scale projects in building services engineering, including heating, ventilation, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, and building automation. Starting on August 1, 2024, we offer a 3-year apprenticeship at our location in Cologne.

What you will learn with us
  • Through active involvement in our business processes, you will contribute to smooth operations in the back office together with your colleagues.
  • You will support us in order processing (initiation, processing, and follow-up of orders) as well as offer management, including documentation.
  • Handling business correspondence and coordinating appointments for our branch management will also be part of your tasks.
  • During the apprenticeship, we will promote your independent and responsible work by gradually assigning you more comprehensive tasks.
