Your tasks:
- Telephone support for existing customers (inbound)
- Consulting and information on bank products
- Processing of administrative tasks
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Active participation in optimizing work processes
Your profile:
- Experience in telephone or personal customer service
- Completed education is an advantage
- Enjoyment and enthusiasm for telephone work
- Friendly and serviceoriented approach
- Teamwork skills
- High level of service orientation
- Good computer skills
