We are currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for this client.

Your Responsibilities

Providing support to customers and insured individuals for nonmedical inquiries
Creating electronic files including all master and contract data
Providing telephone support for the installation and use of telemedicine devices
Processing and analyzing the cause of device alarms
Compiling and sending contract documents
Performing logistical tasks as part of the substitution regulation

Your Profile

Completed vocational training (m/f/d), preferably in the commercial field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
Proficient in using computer systems
Fast and accurate typing skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent communication skills
Organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Strong customer service orientation
Technical understanding
