Requirements for the position:


Professional qualifications:


  • Completed state examination in elderly care/ pediatric nursing/ nursing/ health and nursing care
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in outpatient care

Personal qualifications:


  • Management experience in middle management
  • Personal flexibility and the ability to lead employees by example with the company's values and goals
  • Enjoyment of taking on responsibility
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to cooperate and work in a team
  • Willingness to participate in further education and training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Driver's license

Tasks and responsibilities

Company-related tasks:


  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Maintaining contact with local general practitioners
  • Participation in and initiation of all qualitypromoting processes in the nursing service
  • Active participation in external quality circles and working groups

Patient-related tasks:


  • Consultation on the services offered by the facility
  • Conducting nursing consultation visits according to § 37 para. 3 SGB XI
  • Conducting initial visits to determine the need for assistance and creating the initial information collection and nursing history
  • Consultation and organization regarding the necessary equipment needs of patients
  • Performing basic and treatment nursing care
  • Creating cost estimates
  • Concluding nursing contracts
  • Conducting case discussions, staff meetings, and monitoring nursing processes
  • Conducting nursing visits
  • Checking nursing documentation and creating and monitoring an individual nursing plan for the
