For our client, an established provider in the personnel services industry, we are currently seeking a Branch Manager (m/f/d) for a permanent position in Neville, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the existing branch in a disciplinary manner
- Budget and revenue responsibility
- Maintaining customer, applicant, and employee databases
- Expanding the current business field
- Ensuring internal quality standards and guidelines are met
- Monitoring and optimizing internal workflows
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel services and active sales
- High level of commitment and enjoyment in the work
- Strong social and communication skills
