- Ensure the company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
- Lead all aspects of corporate governance relating to financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and fiscal regulations.
- Act as the chief financial spokesperson for the organization, representing the company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors, and officials.
- Establish key vendor relationships, including legal counsel, banking partners, and tax advisors, to support the company's operational and strategic needs.
- Oversee the information technology strategy, ensuring the infrastructure meets the company's operational and security requirements.
- Manage the company's facilities and real estate requirements, including leasing strategies and budgeting to optimize the company's physical presence.
- Oversee the drafting and negotiation of legal contracts and ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of a CRM system that aligns with the company's sales and marketing strategies.
- A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus.

- CPA or MBA preferred, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in a high-growth environment.

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company.
