Location:
Burlington, MA. Hybrd schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days work from home)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Campaign Implementation and Management

  • Manage hands on keyboards execution of addressable advertising campaigns in Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and other social platforms.
  • Traffic all campaigns in ad server and ensure proper creative setup/tagging; help establish creative direction, particularly around dynamic creative execution, and audience messaging.

Measurement and Analysis

  • Work within social platforms to produce reports and deliver insights that support media mix and marketing analytics team; interpret campaign analytics to produce actionable optimizations and strategic insights.
  • Drive ROI and brand KPIs and contribute to the development of KDP's bestinindustry media strategy by executing strategic initiatives inplatform and proposing improvements/iterations for existing and net new campaigns.

Partner Management

  • Collaborate with internal brand and media teams to track progress against goals and take ownership of optimizations and insights that drive success for the business.

Requirements:


  • 2 years of digital advertising experience, with 1 or more years working hands on with social platforms.
  • Successful track record working crossfunctionally with internal and external partners including DMP and DSP partners.
  • Skilled in CDP, DMP and Social Platform usage.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of current industry trends and broader macrolevel issues within the media landscape.
  • Ability to present to upper management clearly and concisely.
  • Strong desire to grow in a datafirst digital space and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
