How You'll Add Value
Azenta Life Sciences is seeking a
Financial Planning & Analysis Leader to join our growing and dynamic organization. This position will provide overall FP&A leadership and guidance to this fast-growing public company.

What You'll Do

Act as a trusted business partner and provide sound financial guidance and proactive business insights.
Lead the annual operating plan and the strategic multiyear plan cycles. Collaborate crossfunctionally to compile and analyze forecasts, including key operational drivers.
Provide proactive monitoring & insights into performance against plans; develop leading indicators in partnership with operating team. Develop a deep understanding of the business units to connect operations and finance,
Use technology to build out data analytics and business intelligence capabilities, meaningful reporting tools, and continuously enhance business systems.
Enhance processes through standardization and consistency. Educate the organization and roll out proactive analytical capabilities.
Collaborate with Investor Relations on external financial communications and messaging.
Provide oversight to Commercial Finance team and develop best practices to support the commercial organization.
Prepare business cases and analysis for key decisions (e.g. growth into new products / locations), including assessment of M&A opportunities.

What you will Bring

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
10+ years of multifaceted finance experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence and collaborate
Prior FP&A experience is preferred
Advanced skills in the following areas:
Highly proficient in digital tools (Excel, Ppt), ERPs (Oracle, NetSuite), HFM, OneStream, data analytics tools (Tableau, etc.)
Financial analytics
Project management
