Job Coaches (m/f/d) for various projects at our
location in Berlin-Lichtenberg.

What sets you apart:

- _
completed degree,_
- experience in vocational and social integration,
- experience working with authorities, institutions, and knowledge of activities in measures of the Federal Employment Agency or the Job Center is an advantage
- knowledge of the education landscape, job requirements, and the job market as well as experience with personnel selection systems/criteria of companies,
- relevant experience in job application training and creating application documents,
- knowledge of the online services of the Federal Employment Agency,
- proficient in using social media,
- basic knowledge of MS Office programs and willingness to learn project-specific software
- strong self-motivation to work independently within a team
- unbiased attitude towards all individuals
- good English skills,
- promotion of regional and professional mobility/flexibility,

  • Independent, dedicated, and selfdirected support of our clients in career orientation and job application training, both in group and individual sessions, including required documentation
  • Developing a realistic career and job perspective with our clients,
