An apprenticeship with us prepares you for a career with a future. You will learn to advise our customers on all financial matters, from stocks and funds to loans and investments. The theoretical knowledge will be taught in vocational school, while the practical skills will be acquired in our bank.

During your apprenticeship, you will also gain insight into our bank's internal departments such as controlling, marketing, and credit management.

In addition, we support you with in-house training and seminars at cooperative academies. You will be challenged and supported during your apprenticeship, with assigned mentors and trainers. Our dedicated team will also provide on-site support at all times. Through various activities and projects, you can contribute to our bank's success.

Duration:
3 years (secondary school diploma), 2 years (vocational/high school diploma)
