    Description

    Our highly regarded Orange County law firm is looking to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal. The firm is well established with an employee first culture.

    The ideal candidate should have a solid litigation background and be able to handle assignments from various attorneys, be a self-starter who can work on their own, and be detail-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters.

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    Minimum 3 years experience in personal injury litigation or Insurance defense litigation:

    • Experience in Personal Injury law or insurance defense
    • Organizing caseloads, discovery, and trial preparation
    • Draft propounding discovery and discovery responses
    • Solid written and oral communication skills
    • Great time management and multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to e-file both federal and state
    • Ability to act independently with minimal supervision
    • Paralegal certificate or bachelors degree preferred
