As an assistant, your main responsibilities are as follows;
1.


Intake Specialist:
where you will be in-charge of managing the new prospects the firm receives for potential cases. You would vet out the website inquiries and help decide if we ultimately convert them into a case.

You'll need to have great communication skills, be motivated, and be comfortable to make multiple calls to convert prospects into clients.

2.

Attorney Support where you will be the assistant to one attorney and help with case tasks such as contacting clients and insurance companies, consistently following up with clients by phone for treatment status, filling documents, translating documents, and other miscellaneous tasks.

This position is offered remotely, so you can work from home with flexible hours.
