    Job DescriptionJob Title Product Manager - Salesforce Service CloudJob ID: DC Location: Scottsdale, AZ / RemoteOverview:Are you a product champion with Salesforce knowledge? Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support their Salesforce platform products by understanding customer needs and driving adoption / implementation of the solutions. In this contract-to-hire role, you will enjoy the opportunity to make an impact through product ownership, while working in a collaborative and positive environment. Once the position converts, you will be offered a competitive compensation package that includes excellent benefits – and unlimited PTO Ideally, this position will reside in our Phoenix area or Chicago area offices with a hybrid model, but you can work 100% remotely from the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, or WI. What you will be doing:
    • You will build and work with a cross-functional team to develop an understanding of customers' requirements, solve issues and develop solutions that are innovative and customer-focused.
    • You will also have responsibility for customer onboarding, developing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies and enhancing developer experiences.
    • This position will involve working with marketing, analytics, design and development teams so you can deliver products that meet market demands and customer needs by defining requirements, fine-tuning user stories and driving technical teams.
    What you must have:
    • At least 10 years of experience in technical product management and a BS degree (although, experience can substitute).
    • Experience creating product roadmaps and product strategies and meeting revenue targets, required.
    • This position requires previous work experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, and knowledge of API integrations.
    • Experience in an Agile environment, and with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development, analytics).
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential in this role.
