Arizona Sign Company is seeking a Production Manager for our full-service sign and graphics company in Mesa, AZ.
Our mission is to exceed customer expectations by delivering superior products and exceptional service, on time and within budget, without exception.

Responsibilities
- Lead inhouse sign production
- Assist with sign installation and design
- Interface with coworkers, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Accurately track production, inventory, and workflow using enterprise management software
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
- Be available fulltime, 40 hours per week
Ideal Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- 3+ years of handson signmaking experience
- Largeformat digital printing and RIP software experience
- Color management and matching experience
- Graphic design experience using Adobe Suite or similar software
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with coworkers, customers, outsource partners, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service and consultation skills (phone and inperson)
- Willingness to learn new technologies, skills, and techniques
- Sense of humor and the ability to have fun
- Valid driver's license
