Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that's changing the world one life at a time.Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Customer Success Manager.
You will develop and innovate the Customer Success team and processes to increase the amount of quality reviews received.
What you will do:
Develop and implement creative projects to increase the amount of quality reviews received
Manage, complete, and analyze the creative projects
Collect, evaluate, and share product reviews
Train and supervise team members
Set, guide team members to, and achieve team goals
Communicate with upper management and attend meetings as needed
Uphold and enforce standards and policies
We prefer your bring:
Collaboration, communication, and listening skills
Public speaking skills
Professional approach
Storytelling and copywriting skills
Time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in technology—especially Microsoft Office or equivalent
1+ years of experience managing a team
You must bring:
1+ years of experience using Adobe Audition or equivalent
