- Assist with processing payroll for 200+ employees
- Assist with the update and maintenance of HR systems and input changes to employee and job records
- Support internal and external staffing functions, administer assessments, schedule interview, and other administrative duties surrounding on-boarding.
- Provide administrative support for calendar management, meeting coordination, arranging appointments and conference calls.
- Assist in special projects, such as survey, employee events, and other employee-related activities
- General office and administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, etc.
- Process appropriate employee paperwork from hiring to separation
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- High School Diploma required, higher-education preferred
- SHRM/PHR very desirable
- Experience working in an office environment, preferably with HR functions
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work with a very diverse work group at all levels of authority
- Strong professional commitment to Human Resource field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance several priorities and deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with changing demands, including overtime
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of HRIS and other time management systems
- Excellent attendance and work ethic record
- Commitment to high standards of safety
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Must have ability to meet physical assessment requirements for this position

Position Summary:
