Responsibilities:

  • Develop and regularly review the Sweet Strategy and its resulting action plan, ensuring efficient allocation of resources in alignment with strategic growth objectives.
  • Create and implement the Sweet (Dairy, Beverages, Confectionary/Bakery, and Oral Care) project pipeline in accordance with strategic growth objectives, working closely with various departments (R&D, Sales & Marketing, Buying, Production, Finance, HR, and Quality).
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of agreed business projects to meet customer expectations, including taking on project leadership as needed.
  • Encourage the development of new flavors and compounds by providing effective coaching, training, and development opportunities for trainee flavorists, junior flavorists, and flavorists.
  • Identify and incorporate new ideas to continuously improve flavoring techniques.
  • Provide support to customers through consulting, visits, trainings, and workshops as agreed with Sales & Marketing.
  • Lead the team in creating work plans, managing resources, and developing skills and competencies.

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the flavor industry, with a proven track record of success in cross-functional environments.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing teams.
  • Background as a Senior Flavorist (Sweet Creation) or Flavor Scientist highly preferred.
