Are you about to graduate from high school and unsure whether to pursue an apprenticeship or a degree? Why not combine both? With a dual study program, you can combine a business administration degree at a vocational academy or university with practical training at a cooperative bank.

Together with the Hochschule Weserbergland, we offer a three-year Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration (specializing in financial services). The dual study program consists of alternating three-month theory phases at the university and practical phases at our bank.

The courses are cross-disciplinary and you will acquire industry-specific knowledge, choose your own course content through a modern modular system, and develop your own profile.
