Your Receptionist duties and responsibilities include:

Greet warmly and courteously, all visitors, residents, employees and any other people arriving at the community
Answer the telephone, warmly and courteously, on or before the third ring, announcing the name of the community and promptly directing all calls to the appropriate recipient
Messages should be taken thoroughly and distributed promptly
Perform tasks assigned by the Executive Director or Business Office Manager
Assist in the daily operation of the residence, when required, by all Department Directors
Keep all areas clean and free of clutter
Have the knowledge necessary to establish tour times and appointments for all lead calls
