JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests at our LaserTag facility in Long Beach, IN
  • Providing customer service and advice
  • Instructing guests on game rules
  • Operating a modern cash register system
  • Assisting with internal organizational tasks
  • Handling reservations and inquiries over the phone

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to work weekdays and weekends
  • Friendly, outgoing, and teamoriented
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Passion for fun sports
  • Enjoy working with customers
  • Previous experience in hospitality and/or customer service preferred
