- Work onsite with attorneys, paralegals, accounting support, and administrators
- Mentor, guide, and develop an accounting staff of 2
- Review, approve, and execute on all cash transactions
- Collaborate and advise attorneys on their financial inquiries
- Review and audit settlement schedules to ensure the proper allocation and accounting of the transactions within the schedules
- Build rapport and work closely with the bank, CPA firm, and Investment Firm
- Month-end close activities
- Back up the Payroll Administrator
- Collaborate with the Sr. Administrator to enhance best practices and efficiencies for the business side of the Firm
