Your working hours:

1st week: Mon-Thu: 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, Fri: 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
2nd week: Mon-Thu: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, Fri: off
3rd week: Mon-Fri: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Sat: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Deviation for vacation and sick leave coverage.

Clemens-August-Klinik is a specialized hospital for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics with 132 inpatient and 16 day patient treatment places as well as an affiliated outpatient clinic.

Your tasks:

Admission of patients for inpatient and day patient treatments
Recording and management of patient data in the hospital information system ORBIS as well as monitoring of cost coverage declarations
Information and clarification of patients and relatives about internal regulations and offers
Operation of the telephone switchboard
Management of petty cash with monthly closing
Management of loaned items for patients
