    Your Role as a Sales Director

Your responsibilities will include understanding client staffing needs, identifying sales opportunities, scheduling meetings, proposing agreements, and maintaining positive relationships with prospects.     Key Responsibilities:

    Gather leads and identify new sales opportunities.

    Schedule meetings and conduct walkthroughs with potential clients.

    Propose agreements and maintain communication until a contract is signed.

    Identify client needs and offer solutions, positioning Full Steam as a valuable partner.
