    Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Employee Relations Specialist to become a part of team You will be responsible for managing HR & payroll activities for the organization.

    This critical role works closely to support the overall operations of the organization, with a mix of duties. These include executive support and office management functions, as well as meeting preparation, and project management.

    The successful candidate must be highly organized, forward-thinking, poised, bright and articulate, and committed to providing a welcoming 'concierge' experience.

    The successful candidate will possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and experience with scheduling, meeting preparation and minutes, and project management are key criteria.


    Responsibilities:
    Implement company culture, values and policiesDevelop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidatesProcess weekly payrollCoordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedicationAdvocate for employee retention and developmentOversee data entry and maintenance of employee recordsParticipate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actionsMaintain/ create/ re-write company policies & procedures as neededReview & maintain company benefitsMaintain & implement safety programsCompose and distribute internal and external letters, memos, and other documents as neededCompile informational analysis and database projects as neededAssist with special projects and related researchMaintain records and documentsSupport the leadership team as neededCommunicationsRespond to various inquiries by phone, e-mail, in person, etc

    Type reports and documentsQualifications:
    Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fieldsAssociate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred. Diverse candidates encouraged to apply.

    Strong organization skills with an ability to set priorities, meet critical deadlines, manage multiple projects, and produce high quality and accurate work under time constrains.

    Skilled with MS Word and Excel, familiar with Power Point.

    Experience with Adobe DC a plusVerbal and written communication skills must be exceptionalGreat organizational skills, with ability to coordinate and prioritizeAbility to work independently as well as with a teamDiscretion with handling confidential informationExperience in conflict resolutionFundamental knowledge of labor and employment lawsAbility to build rapport with all employeesStrong leadership qualitiesOther duties as requiredLength:
