- Support Risk and Controls Self-Assessment activities for operational resiliency
- Support the analysis and development of metrics for operational resiliency
- Perform detailed document assessments of processes and controls documentation reviews to determine design deficiencies
- Relevant experience operating within a fast-paced, complex organization that requires interacting with and influencing a wide range of business and technology partners
- Support consistent and centralize delivery of executive level reporting across Enterprise for Resiliency
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in operational risk management
- Understanding of Operational Resiliency management framework (risk, controls, issues management, compliance)
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Familiarity with analytical or BI tools
- Highly motivated, proactive, and positive self-starter with strong people skills and the ability to multi-task
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and requirements
- Build and maintain positive relationships across business, technical, and non-technical teams
- Strong communication skills; oral, written, and presentation skills to broad audiences
- Applies critical thought to evaluating business problems and assists in the development of logical, pragmatic control solutions.
- Stay current on policies, processes and procedures that impact enterprise resiliency risk posture

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.
This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $77,000 - $115,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
