Responsibilities:


  • Management and organization of the maintenance department with approximately 50 employees
  • Personnel planning, training, and further qualification of employees
  • Ensuring operational safety and availability of production equipment, avoiding unplanned machine downtime and production losses
  • Continuous optimization of production equipment availability and improvement of maintenance and production processes to increase quality and efficiency in close cooperation with production departments
  • Participation in management meetings and regular reporting to the plant manager

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed technical degree, e.g. in production engineering, mechatronics, mechanics, automation technology, or similar
