    Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive Legal Research and Drafting: The successful candidate should have experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation. This includes motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification motions, writs, and appeals.
    • Must be a Mid to Senior-level attorney with 6-8 years of experience in litigation.
    • Trial Preparation: Must possess trial preparation experience, including the ability to develop case strategies, interview witnesses, and gather evidence. Familiarity with courtroom procedures and the ability to effectively present a case is essential.
    • Case Management: Strong case management skills are needed to handle multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and documentation is organized. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks are crucial.
    • Active CA State Bar Membership: Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar and possess an active license to practice law in California.
    • Strong Writing Skills: The candidate should have solid writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
