Put your employment law career into high gear by joining Klinedinst's growing and dynamic team in Irvine.Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience to take depositions, interview witnesses, write motions, and analyze employment law matters involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims.
Experience with wage and hour class action and PAGA representative claims is preferred.
Coming to work with a solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork will be critical factors for success in this position.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- California licensed with 4+ years of experience in employment litigation, with class action/PAGA experience preferred

- Pay range: $130,000195,000 per year (depends on experience).
