- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- Trial experience a plus

Location: Irvine, California
Work Hours (Onsite): Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Compensation Range: This job offers a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 with potential for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 6% of base salary. Attorneys can also earn quarterly tiered fee bonuses based on generated fees, with a tiered structure that increases based upon performance. For example, bonuses will be based upon net case revenues generated from 3% of $500,000 up to 15% of $3,000,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Total compensation with achievable bonuses could reach above $300,000.
