    Join our team as an Audit Analyst at Capital Group

    Are you ready to take on the role of Audit Analyst at Capital Group? In this position, you will be instrumental in identifying and assessing operational risks and controls critical for maintaining operational efficiency and enhancing the control environment. Collaborating closely with colleagues globally, you will validate the effectiveness of key controls. To excel in this role, you should have a background in audit, evaluating processes, testing control effectiveness, and recommending risk-mitigating measures.

    Key qualifications include:

    • Experience in risk management, internal audit, and internal control techniques
    • Proficiency in interpreting data and leveraging technology for stronger control environments
    • Project management skills with the ability to navigate complex situations
    • Effective communication abilities for presenting risks and opportunities to stakeholders
    • Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage shifting priorities with ease
    • Established relationships with business partners and expertise in risk management
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making input
