- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing
- Three years of nursing experience, with one year in a progressive leadership role
- RN - Registered Nurse - Texas State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure within 60 days
- RN-Temp - Registered Nurse - Temporary State Licensure within 60 days
- BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA)
- Magnet - ANCC Recognized Certification
