WHAT TO EXPECT:


  • As a link between management and the team, you will be responsible for smooth organization and optimization of practice processes and structures
  • You are the "face" of our practice and provide friendly and competent customer service both on the phone and in person at the practice
  • With an overview, you are responsible for handling all administrative tasks and incoming inquiries in daily practice
  • You work closely and trustingly with the employees of our network organization on central topics such as purchasing, marketing, finances, and personnel

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • After completing a vocational training in the commercial or veterinary field, you ideally have relevant work experience in organizing a veterinary practice or clinic
  • You approach challenges with a solutionoriented and positive attitude. You also show the necessary empathy for situations and customer/employee needs
  • You have good MS Office skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with other software applications
  • You are a true team player and a communication talent
  • If you are also passionate about horses and their health, you are in the right place with us
