    Description
    SUMMARY
     Our growing, PE backed client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. The Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership and executives partnering with the Accounting & Finance team on financial planning and analysis, operational insights, budgeting, and corporate finance activities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Maintain large financial models for finance operations and leadership.
    • Conduct monthly reviews with the business focusing on financial results, strategic initiatives, and operational metrics.
    • Provide support for bank reporting packages, including GAAP financial statements, adjusted EBITDA bridges, and debt covenant ratios.
    • Assist in the annual budget process, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow modeling, while maintaining awareness of business risks and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with senior executives to prepare board presentation materials and external reporting documents.
    • Draft management discussion and analysis (MD&A) reports of monthly and quarterly results for third-party stakeholders.
    • Assist in financial organizational management and preparation for strategic financial projects.
    • Provide insight and support for the company's strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Background in investment banking, valuation, transaction advisory services, equity research, or corporate finance within high-growth industries.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
    • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Financial Modeling experience
