    Description

    Job Overview:

    The Finance Manager role at Artera involves assisting in financial forecasting, long-term planning, and managing cash operations for a leading domestic construction company with multiple business entities and a large workforce.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial reporting structure for Artera Services cash flow.
    • Manage cash flow monthly financial closing requirements for Artera Services.
    • Create and implement cash flow forecasting models.
    • Drive cash management initiatives to optimize free cash flow conversion.
    • Handle financial responsibilities for Corporate P&L.
    • Prepare key management presentations.
    • Ensure transparent communication with business leaders.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of financial leadership experience in large and complex business environments.
    • Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
    • Effective communication and influencing abilities.
    • Experience in managing diverse issues and cultures.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Background in construction industry or field service organizations.
    • Financial planning experience in an industrial setting.
    • Prior work with Board of Directors.

    Education Requirements:

    • BA/BS degree in finance.
    • MBA is advantageous.
