    Job Description:


    As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes for our clients.


    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Conducting feasibility studies and evaluating manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Designing and implementing new production methods, equipment, and systems to enhance productivity and quality.
    • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve manufacturing issues.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
    • Monitoring manufacturing metrics such as equipment utilization, labor ratios, and production efficiency to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Create factory simulations using FlexSim or a similar product.
    • Conducting data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making and process optimization.
    • Implementing strategies to maximize equipment utilization and minimize downtime.
    • Developing and implementing labor optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize manufacturing-related risks.
    • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve manufacturing performance.
    • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
    • Documenting manufacturing processes, procedures, and changes for reference and future improvement initiatives.
