We currently offer comprehensive management of commercial spaces in and around Munich with a team of approximately 70 employees.

Our main services include building cleaning, maintenance cleaning, final construction cleaning, as well as special cleaning, winter services, and property management for medium-sized companies.

Our properties are located in and around Munich.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Lock checks
  • Ensuring timely and highquality performance of all employees in the assigned property
  • Monitoring the work progress of employees
  • Attendance checks and monitoring of timekeeping for cleaning staff
  • Requesting additional staff when needed
  • Monitoring the condition of work clothing

Your workplace:


  • Schools in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn

Your working hours:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 4:00 PM 9:00 PM
  • 25 hours per week

Your profile:


  • Previous experience as a foreman in building cleaning
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Punctual and organized
  • Class B driver's license
