Your responsibilities:

Company-wide responsibility for the proper handling of cross-border goods traffic
Evaluation of goods flows in accordance with (customs) laws and regulations
Development, optimization, documentation and testing (internal customs control review) of customs processes
Application and management of authorizations (e.g. authorized consignee, AEO)
Leading and preparing for audits and government inspections
Collaboration with customs authorities and interfaces to internal and external stakeholders for all customs-related matters (e.g. authorizations and certification procedures for optimal external perception)
Training in German and English


Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in the field of logistics, customs, business or comparable education
Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area
Comprehensive knowledge of customs and foreign trade law (export, import, Intrastat)
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Experienced in working with MS Office and ATLAS
Hands-on mentality combined with a service-oriented mindset
Willingness to occasionally travel for business and attend regular training sessions
