- Manage the day-to-day operations of homeowners' associations.
- Read, review, and have a strong understanding and knowledge of association governing documents, including but not limited to CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations as well as Arizona and federal statutes relating to Associations.
- Solicit and negotiate contracts for Associations and make recommendations to the Board.
- Act as the direct and main point of contact for Association vendors and service professionals.
- Review and analyze monthly financial statements and be able to provide a comprehensive report for the Board of Directors.
- Review, modify, code, and approve invoices every week.
- Prepare, organize, attend, and facilitate all community meetings.
- Prepare annual budgets.
- Create and submit weekly management reports to the Board of Directors.
- Inspect common areas on a routine basis for any maintenance needs or improvements and make the necessary recommendations to the Board.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clear, concise, and grammatically correct communication.
- Effective listener. Needs to be able to understand issues completely and articulate and provide creative solutions.
- Able to plan effectively but flexible enough to handle distractions without losing patience.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible work hours including nighttime board meetings and an occasional weekend meeting.
- Team player and leadership skills.
- CMCA required
- Position involves driving, sitting, standing, and walking.
- Valid driver's license, registration, and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
- Ability to use a computer and a phone in a home office setting and use a tablet while in the field.
- College experience helpful.
- Bilingual is a plus.
