Who are You? An experienced property manager who understands, or can see the value, benefit, and stability of working directly with an owner/operator to proactively manage our communities, wants to have your voice heard, and has a desire to help shape the direction and success of both our communities and the company.

As a CVG community manager and the CEO of your own multi-million-dollar community you will be tasked with overseeing and optimizing all the property operations, general administration, and maintenance of the property.

Starting with a focus on providing best-in-class customer service to our residents and to all potential residents, the property manager will ensure efficient operations through proper revenue and expense control, vendor relations, maintenance, lease administration, team building and monthly reporting

What You Bring:

High school graduate or GED. Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred.
1 or more years as a Community Manager, 2 or more years onsite as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager; will consider 3 years supervisory experience in a customer servicerelated business with appropriate certification(s).
Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, including Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience using Yardi or other property management software is beneficial
Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
Participate in training to comply with new or existing laws.
Be able to work evenings and weekends If necessary
