    The Role:
    As an IT Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind building and expanding our client base. You'll leverage your networking and prospecting skills to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute sales targets and strategies.
    Network and cold call to identify and connect with potential clients.
    Schedule meetings, lunches, and visits to foster long-term client relationships.
    Understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
    Secure quality service orders and ensure smooth client fulfillment.
    Collaborate with internal teams to manage client deliveries.
    Negotiate optimal business terms.

    You're a

    Perfect Fit If You Have:
    A Bachelor's Degree.
    Must have local residency in the Northern VA area.
    2+ years of sales experience (IT Staffing or Staffing Industry).
    Proven prospecting and in-person presentation experience.
    A passion for quality service and exceeding client expectations.
    The ability to build genuine connections and lasting relationships.
    A high-energy, winning attitude.
    Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
    A competitive spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
